De De Nieuwe C63 AMG Black Series komt met een 6.3l V8, goed voor 517 pk en 620 Nm, mede dankzij de sterkere zuigers, lichtere drijfstangen en de lichtere drijfstang. Hieraan is een zeventraps AMG Speedshift automaat gekoppeld, een versnellingsbak met vier schakelprogramma’s en een race-startfunctie.Dankzij dit alles zit de  Mercedes C63 AMG Black Series aan 100 km/u in 4,2 seconden.
